  1. Selective Sourcing target the top 20% of the candidate pool.  On average we interview five candidates for every one we bring to you.
  2. One-on-One Screening consists of comprehensive personal interviews and evaluation of character, motivation, and goals. 
  3. In-Depth Performance Evaluation utilizes a combination of behavioral assessments to evaluate work ethic and cultural fit, and web-based RemX Verify skill testing to determine specific expertise and on-the-job knowledge. 
  4. Rigorous Reference Checks verify technical competence, work habits, professional credentials, and education.
