In honor of Independence Day, RemX is proud to salute our troops at home and overseas.

In July 2007, The Select Family of Staffing Companies, which includes RemX Financial Staffing, RemX IT Staffing, RemX OfficeStaff, RemX Scientific, RemX Engineering, and RemX Search & Placement, launched a program called Project GPS, to provide handheld GPS devices with GMAP Iraq Global software to any colleague with a family member serving in Iraq. To date, Select has provided over 30 units to its colleagues’ family members serving overseas. Project GPS is a natural extension of our pledge to become part of the fabric of each community we serve and to make a difference in people’s lives.

We are giving away one GPS unit (retail value approximately $800.00) to a nominated serviceman or woman on active duty overseas in one of the branches of the U.S. military.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The RemX GPS Giveaway begins on July 21, 2008 and ends on August 31, 2008 (“Giveaway Period").

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
This Sweepstakes is open to all entrants who nominate an active serviceman or woman actively serving in a branch of the U.S. military.

HOW DO I ENTER?
Enter the drawing by completing the entry form. You may return the completed entry form via email to contest@remx.com.

CAN I ENTER MULTIPLE TIMES TO INCREASE MY CHANCES OF WINNING?
Only one entry allowed per nominee.

WHAT CAN I WIN?
One Personal GPS unit with software, retail value approximately $800.00. Prize cannot be assigned, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. RemX is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged prizes.

HOW IS A WINNER SELECTED?
A total of one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about September 15, 2008 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified on or about September 25, 2008 by a RemX professional. At that time, information on how the winner can claim the prize will be provided. Failure to comply with any rule, regulation or limitation will result in the forfeiture of the prize. Except where legally prohibited, winners grant permission to Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor’s authority the right to use winner’s name, picture, military branch and service location for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, in all media now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world, without notice, review or approval. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

You can obtain the names of the winners by sending a self-addressed, stamped business size envelope, for receipt by November 1, 2008 to: RemX Corporate Headquarters, Attn: GPS Giveaway Winner, 3490 Piedmont Rd., Ste. 1425, Atlanta, GA 30305.

GENERAL PROVISIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to release RemX and their respective affiliates, parents and subsidiaries, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Sponsor Entities") from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to person or property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of a prize or participation in this Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree that no claim relating to such injuries, damages, or losses shall be asserted against any of the Sponsor Entities.
